Las últimas semanas están siendo muy productivas! He acabado un gran proyecto, he añadido nuevas ilustraciones al portafolio y hasta he encontrado un hueco para presentarme al concurso II Concurs d'il·lustradors novells MotaiMai.
El concurso tiene una categoría infantil y otra adulta, a las cuales me he presentado aprovechando para probar algo nuevo y salir de la zona de confort.
En la categoría infantil, se trataba de crear una ilustración bajo el lema Un mundo en una gota de agua. Cuando me puse con ello, acababa de volver de vacaciones en la playa, así que dibujé lo que había vivido con mi familia: los baños en el mar, la persecución (y liberación!) de cangrejos, los castillos de arena...
Éste es el resultado final. A ver si tengo suerte!

Last weeks have been pretty productive! I finished a great project, I have got time to create some artwork for my portfolio and even to create a submission for a contest.
The illustration contest had two parts, one for children and the other one for adults and I could create something for both. At the same time I have tried to do new things and leave the comfort zone.
For the children's part of the contest, you had to illustrate the slogan "A world inside a water drop". I just had come back from holiday at the beach, when I started with this, so I drew what I had in my head: swimming in the sea, crabs, fishes, ice creams...
